KHANA aspires to a Cambodia where all people have
equal access to quality HIV and AIDS prevention, treatment, care and
support,impact mitigation and
related health and development opportunities.

KHANA’s vision is to play a leadership and supporting role to local partners, connecting them to sources of support and giving them and the people they work with a voice to assist and strengthen the community response to HIV and AIDS.
Our vision reflects three approaches that are the basis of all our work:
- Public Health Approach: KHANA places a focus on primary prevention, seeking to reduce the vulnerability of populations and addressing the needs of the most at risk for the benefit of all. For people who are living with HIV, KHANA is committed to advancing the goal of universal access to treatment and improving service provision.
- Human Rights Approach: KHANA promotes dignified and equal access to services for all those who are vulnerable to and affected by HIV; seeks to reduce stigma and discrimination by communities, service providers and policy-makers; and works to decrease gender disparities in society and power inequalities within relationships.
- Holistic Approach: HIV and AIDS affect not only individuals, but also families and communities. By integrating prevention and care and providing comprehensive care, support and impact mitigation, KHANA not only reduces vulnerability to HIV and AIDS, but also advances the well-being and socioeconomic status of those at risk for and affected by HIV and AIDS.
