| This evaluation analyzes the inputs, process and outcomes of program implementation, focusing on mechanism and strategies of the Core Initiative Project and technical support and capacity building provided by KHANA. The evaluation assesses change at individual, household and community level. It identifies problems and constraints encountered by CBOs and beneficiaries, analyzes important lesson learned and makes recommendations for future programming. |
