KHANA is pleased to announce the availability of fully equipped meeting and training rooms for rent at its office in Tonle Bassac, Phnom Penh.
The Center provides an attractive and convenient spaces for community members, NGOs and others to conduct meetings, conferences, workshops, forums, classes, community building and fundraising events. The Centre also provides small and emerging non-profit organizations with affordable office space. The Center is proud to offer a variety of state-of-the-art facilities and services for different needs including audio/visual equipment, catering facilities and our unique panoramic rooftop.

We have several different meeting rooms available to suit different needs. Our staff will be more than happy to work with you to determine the most appropriate rental space for your event, meeting or conference.
ROOM INFORMATION
In order to book the room, please complete the form, and mail or fax it to KHANA. Please be sure to include on the Application any additional equipment or services your event may need.
We will then review your application. If we have any questions, we will contact the person indicated on the Application. If not, KHANA will send you a confirmation sheet for your event, which will list the dates, times, room and any additional equipment or services. The confirmation will also include the deposit required for room rental.
Your rental will be confirmed ONLY after KHANA has rece-ived a signed copy of the confirmation sheet and the room rental deposit. The Center reserves the right to cancel or change your rental reservation if we have not received a signed confirmation sheet and rental deposit 14 days prior to the date of the proposed rental.
By signing the confirmation sheet, you and your organization/ group have agreed to abide by the policies, Code of Conduct, and Alcohol policy.
An invoice will be mailed to you within a week after your event. The invoice will list all charge and fees, show the deposit paid, and show the balance due to the Center.
