COMMUNITY BASED PREVENTION, CARE AND SUPPORT (CBPCS)

The new Community Based Prevention, Care and Support (CBPCS) model upholds the principles of cost-effectiveness, sustainability, greater involvement of key populations and people living with HIV, gender sensitivity and a greater emphasis on a health sector approach. The program/model focuses on Community-Based Support for PLHIV with the Greatest Need while reduces Community-Based Support for "Stabilized" PLHIV.

HIV/AIDS FLAGSHIP PROJECT

KHANA is the prime of this project, which includes consortium partners FHI 360 and PSI.
KHANA provides TS to community- and health facility-based Centers of Excellence to test efficacy/cost-effectiveness of technical innovations in prevention, care and support. KHANA facilitates the transfer of skills and adapt organizational structures and technical innovation models for cohesive, coordinated, and evidence-informed HIV programming.
