Background

Vithey Chivith Organization have been helping and supporting the vulnerable poor especially

people living with HIV by providing counseling services, home care and support, providing human

rights education. It also supports education on HIV and AIDS in 1 Operational District (Kandal), 1

Health Centre, 1 commune of Daun Penh, and 6 villages in Phnom Penh.

Vision

To support PLHIV in and outside the community to live equally regardless of stigma, discrimination

and violation of rights of PLHIV in their involvement in social activities and for PLHIV themselves to

live more fully with improved knowledge on how to take care of their health.

Mission Statement

• Provide HIV and Human Rights education

• Provide the service of HIV telephone consultation support

• Refer PLHIV to the hospital in Phnom Penh

• Support and take care of PLHIV at home and in hospitals

• Provide advocacy to reduce stigma and the violation of rights of PLHIV

• Provide the emotional support through yoga teachings
