Background

Takeo People Living With HIV Network (TKV-CPN+) is a Provincial office of CPN+ working towards and

advocating for support to PLHIV and OVC who suffer from difficulties. It was established in June 2004.

Vision

People living with and affected by HIV (PLHIV) in Takeo and Cambodia are able to live in equality with

the rest of the society, to participate in social/community activities without discrimination and to enjoy a

better quality of life.

Mission Statement

TKV-CPN+ is a provincial network of groups and organizations of PLHIV. It was established to

strengthen communication, participation and capacity of PLHIV so that they will have a strong and

united voice in combating fear, stigma and discrimination against PLHIV and in generating support from

community and society towards PLHIV.

Two full time staffs (one coordinator and one assistant) and one volunteer supported through KHANA
