Background

Svay Rieng Provincial Network of People Living with HIV (SVR-CPN+) was founded in August 2004

after a consultative workshop on the establishing PLHIV network on 21-23 July 2004.

Vision

People living with HIV in Svay Rieng province have equal living with non-discriminatory manner in

social movement participation and access to appropriate services to improve their quality of life.

Mission Statement

SVR-CPN+ aims at increasing opportunities of involvement, communication approaches of PLHIV

toward capacity-building of people living with and/or affected by HIV and AIDS to strong and united

voice and confidence in dealing with stigma and discrimination against PLHIV in order to ensure

their rights and support from their communities and society.
