Background

The SHV-CPN+ was established in 2004 comprising of people living with and affected by HIV

(PLHIV). SHV-CPN+ was established in response to HIV and AIDS epidemic in Sihanoukville.

Vision

People living with HIV live in equality, quality of life, and without discrimination in social participation

and PLHIV have the same right to receive jobs as others.

Mission Statement

SHV-CPN+ is a network of PLHIV which established to strengthen the coordination,

communication, participation and capacity of HIV and AIDS vulnerable people to have a strong

voice in reducing stigma and discrimination and to ensure protection of their rights and support from

community and society.
