Background

Siem Reap Provincial PLHIV Network (SRP-CPN+) was established on 1 April 2004. The main

roles of SRP-CPN+ are to strengthen PLHIV voice to reduce stigma and discrimination so that they

have equal access to health services, jobs, and involvement in other social activities by

coordinating with relevant government department, INGOs, NGOs and CBOs, to improve the

quality of life of PLHIV, and to support children who are affected and infected by HIV and AIDS to

have equal access to treatment the same as other children.

 

Vision

PLHIV throughout Siem Reap province equally live and participate in social activities without

discrimination and have improved livelihood and equal rights with others in receiving jobs.

 

Mission Statement

SRP CPN+ aims to strengthen relation, participation and capacity of people affected by HIV so that

they have strong unity and common voice in reduction of stigma and discrimination and to ensure

their rights are protected and supported by communities and society.
