Background

Pursat Provincial PLHIV Network (PST-CPN+) was established on 22 June 2004. The main roles

of PST-CPN+ are to strengthen PLHIV voice to reduce stigma and discrimination so that they have

equal access to health services, jobs, and involvement in other social activities by coordinating with

relevant government department, INGOs, NGOs and CBOs, to improve the quality of life of PLHIV,

and to support children who are affected and infected by HIV and AIDS to have equal access to

treatment the same as other children.

 

Vision

People living with HIV live in equality, quality of life, and without discrimination in social participation

and they have the same right to receive jobs as others.

 

Mission Statement

PST-CPN+ is a network of PLHIV which established to strengthen the coordination,

communication, participation and capacity of HIV and AIDS venerable people to have a strong

voice in reducing stigma and discrimination and to ensure protection of their rights and support from

community and society.
