Background

Established in 2001, co founded by Mr. Wayne Dale Mathysse and Mr. San Vandin. PC began with a

project to help PLHIV in the O’r Port Pagoda area.. Currently under KHANA support, PC coverage

includes 6 Operational Districts (Boribo, Prey Kabass, Daun Keo, Batie, Ang Rokar, and Sampov Meas),

48 Health Centres, 74 communes and 711 villages in Takeo, Kampong Chhnang and Pursat province.

Vision

Equal access to all services and especially care and support services without stigma and

discrimination for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS

Mission Statement

To participate in the reduction of HIV through education, care and support of vulnerable people, and

especially to support PLHIV effectively and sustainably.
