Background

Arun Ras self-help group was formed in 2002 by PLHIV in Kandal Province consisting of 52

members led by Mr. Chhun Tipheap. Later, this self-help group became a member of national

CPN+ and was formally established as KDL-CPN+ through coordination of national CPN+, KHANA

and Provincial Health Department in Kandal Province.

 

Vision

People living with HIV live in equality, quality of life, and without discrimination in social participation

and PLHIV have the same right to receive jobs as others.

 

Mission Statement

CPN+ is a network of PLHIV established to strengthen coordination, communication, participation

and capacity of people living with HIV and AIDS so that they have a strong voice in reducing stigma

and discrimination and in ensuring protection of their rights and support from community and

society.
