Background

Kampot PLHIV network was founded in 2004 after a consultation meeting at Kampot Health

Department, which was organized by KHANA with participation from People Living with HIV and

other stakeholders including CPN+, representatives of Kampot OD, CRC, CHC, CDRCP, RACHA

and CADFP.

 

Vision

People living with and affected by HIV and AIDS have equal rights recognized by law, participate in

all social activities without discrimination and have a better quality of life.

 

Mission Statement

KPT-CPN+ aims to enhance networking, participation and capacity of PLHIV through implementing

HIV and AIDS Law, home visits and advocacy, working in rural community while providing support

to livelihood and improving the rights of PLHIV.
