Background

Kampong Thom People Living with HIV Network (KTM-CPN+) is a Provincial office of CPN+

working towards and advocating for support to PLHIV and OVC who suffer from difficulties. It was

established in 2004.

Vision

To see vulnerable Cambodian people, especially PLHIV and OVC, have equal opportunity to

receive effective and non discriminatory services for prevention, care and support for them to lead

a healthy life.

Mission Statement

To contribute to reduction of vulnerability to HIV and AIDS and STI through capacity building of

NGO and CBO and strengthening of strategic alliance with government and relevant sectors.
