Background

Kampong Cham Network of People living with HIV (KCM CPN+) was established in mid-2004 and

has been funded by GFATM through KHANA and Cambodian People living with HIV Network

(CPN+) with strong supported from Provincial Health Department (PHD).

Vision

People Living with HIV live in equality without stigmatization, discrimination and marginalization in

the society toward improving their living standard and equal employment opportunities as general

population.

Mission Statement

KCM-CPN+ aims at increasing opportunities of involvement, participation and communication of

PLHIV toward capacity-building and at promoting strong and united voice and confidence of PLHIV

in dealing with stigma and discrimination against them in order to ensure their rights and support

from communities and society.
