Background

After a three-day workshop from organized by Khana in collaboration with Battambang Provincial

Health Department, BTB-CPN+ was founded on 1st June 2004 under the support of KHANA,

CPN+ and Battambang Provincial Health Department.

Vision

PLHIV throughout Battambang province and Cambodia equally live and participate in social

activities without discrimination and have equal rights with others in receiving jobs and improved

livelihood.

Mission Statement

BTB-CPN+ is network of PLHIV established in order to strengthen relation, participation and

capacity of people affected by HIV to have strong unity and common voice in reduction of stigma

and discrimination and to ensure protection of their rights and support from their communities and

society.
