Background

After discussion and experience sharing in the Consultative Workshop on the Establishment of

PLHIV Network organized by KHANA in collaboration with NCHADS and BMC Provincial Health

Department in Banteay Meanchey, BMC-CPN+ was founded in June 2004.

Vision

PLHIV throughout Banteay Meanchey and Cambodia equally live and participate in social activities

without discrimination and have a good health and improved livelihood.

Mission Statement

BMC-CPN+ is a network of PLHIV Working Group which was established in order to strengthen

relation, participation and capacity of victims affected by HIV to have strong unity and common

voice in reduction of stigma and discrimination and to ensure protection of their rights and support

from their communities and society.
