Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA operated as an NGO from 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has operated as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is one of the most respected and recognized organizations focusing on HIV and AIDS in Cambodia today.
In 2009, KHANA has significantly improved coverage and quality of comprehensive services to key populations in Cambodia including Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), drug users (DU), sex workers (SW), People living with HIV (PLHIV), Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and other vulnerable groups through implementing partners in 19 provinces/municipalities.
KHANA’s work is made possible through support from USAID, the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the European Union, the World Food Program and the AusAID.
We now seek qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the following full-time positions based in Phnom Penh.
1. Planning and Reporting Officer
Purpose of position:
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the development of annual plans and reports to donors and consolidating those plans and reports to create organization-wide tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive data for annual work plans, log frames and other planning tools and place them in the format required by the donors Review, edit and check plans for completion, accuracy and clarity before submitting to Team Leader: Planning and Reporting.
· Consolidate donor plans into an overall organizational annual work plan.
· Serve as an internal resource and managing short-term projects and events.
· Put data and narrative report in format required by donors.
Selection Criteria:
· Bachelor/master degree in Public Health, business administration or other relevant fields
· At least 3 years experience in planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation
· Experience in using planning tools such as log frames and work plans
· Excellent writing skills in both English and Khmer
· Good practical skills of computer Ms. Word, Excel or access or SPSS, etc.
