KHANA is a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. The Alliance is an international NGO based in the UK which focuses on integrated community-based responses to HIV delivered through linking organizations in 34 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. The Alliance builds local skills and local institutions, rather than directly planning, managing and implementing programs.
As part of the Alliance family KHANA is able to access technical support, funding opportunities and learning and sharing from effective community responses to HIV around the world.
